New Balance Japan becomes Samurai Japan's official kit supplier across all nine squad tiers
New Balance Japan has signed on as a Diamond Partner official supplier to Samurai Japan, putting its uniforms on every one of the national baseball programme's nine squad tiers and a from-scratch new kit on sale at its own Japan stores from October 20 — a sponsorship with a dated retail product launch attached, not a logo deal.
New Balance Japan has signed an official supplier agreement with Samurai Japan, Japan's national baseball programme, as a Diamond Partner, the company and NPB Enterprise Co., Ltd., which runs the programme, said on October 7. The deal puts New Balance uniforms on every one of Samurai Japan's nine squad tiers: the top team, the corporate-league side, the university, U-23, U-18, U-15 and U-12 squads, the women's team and the Baseball5 squad.
