Mitsui Fudosan books a 207-room hotel a subway stop from Kyoto Station, minutes from Kiyomizu-dera
Mitsui Fudosan will open Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Gojo in March 2027, a 207-room property three minutes from a subway station one stop from Kyoto Station and near the perennially crowded Kiyomizu-dera approach — the mid-market end of the group's Kyoto hotel push, aimed at inbound demand the historic core can no longer physically house.
Mitsui Fudosan will open Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Gojo on 20 March 2027, a 207-room property three minutes' walk from Karasuma Line Gojo Station — one stop by subway from Kyoto Station and within walking range of the Kiyomizu-dera temple approach, the developer said in a release. Reservations opened the same day as the announcement, 24 September.
