Berluti has rebuilt and relocated its boutique inside Nagoya's Sakae Mitsukoshi department store, replacing a standard concession fit-out with a bespoke 94-square-metre space built around a hand-patinated ceramic facade and an in-store 'patina bar' — a heavier investment than most maisons make on a single department-store floor.
Berluti, the LVMH-owned leather goods and menswear house, has rebuilt and relocated its boutique at Nagoya's Sakae Mitsukoshi department store into a 94-square-metre space built to a bespoke design concept, according to Berluti Japan, which operates the maison in the country.
