Tobu's retail segment — led by Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro, alongside its supermarkets — grew revenue 2.4% to ¥44.3bn in April–June 2026 and segment profit 24.4% to ¥2.4bn. Leisure, which includes Skytree itself, grew revenue 7.4% and profit 10.4%; property, which holds the Skytree Town shops, grew profit 22.3%. Group operating revenue rose 5.2% to ¥156.3bn, operating profit 10.6% to ¥21.0bn and net income 1.5% to ¥14.2bn. Full-year guidance is unchanged at ¥673.0bn revenue (+2.7%).
